We work with adults who feel deeply and carry a lot inside — emotionally, mentally, or in their nervous systems. Many of our clients are:

Hello! I help humans untangle the messy, confusing, beautifully complicated parts of being alive. Whether you’re navigating relationships, healing old wounds, or trying to feel more like yourself, I’m here for the real, honest work.

My love for therapy started in my own counselling sessions years ago, where I learned what it feels like to be truly seen and supported. That experience shaped everything about how I show up as a therapist today.

I know reaching out can feel scary or awkward — my goal is to make it feel a little less so. Think: warm, grounded, welcoming, with room for humor, humanity, and the occasional deep sigh.

My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, blending evidence-backed practices with an authentic, down-to-earth vibe. I help people peel back the layers, spot the patterns that keep them stuck, and reconnect with their own clarity and weird, wonderful wisdom.

what is emdr?

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is a form of therapy that helps those experiencing symptoms of emotional distress relating to life traumas. This highly researched intervention helps those who feel “stuck” in their trauma by creating distance from these events and minimizing symptoms. EMDR uses detailed protocols and guided eye movement to help remove mental blocks that limit us from healing. This powerful eight-part therapy can help activate natural healing and be adapted to your needs. Learn more.
