I offer individual counselling, EMDR therapy, and relationship counselling in Vancouver, BC for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, attachment wounds, identity shifts, and relationship challenges. individual counselling

A space to slow down, hear yourself more clearly, and make sense of the patterns shaping your life. Together we explore anxiety, trauma, burnout, identity shifts, and relationship dynamics in a way that’s relational, embodied, and grounded in nervous system awareness.

It helps with: anxiety, burnout, trauma, attachment wounds, identity exploration, boundaries, and life transitions.

relationship counselling

EMDR helps your brain and body gently reprocess old experiences so they no longer feel like they’re happening in the present. Instead of just talking about trauma, we help your system digest it — reducing emotional charge and creating space for calm, confidence, and agency.

It helps with: trauma, intrusive memories, shame, anxiety, somatic distress, and feeling “stuck” in old patterns.

EMDR therapy

When nervous systems meet, patterns emerge. Relationship counselling helps you slow down, understand those patterns, and communicate with more clarity and regulation — whether in romantic partnerships, friendships, or non-traditional structures.

It helps with: conflict cycles, communication breakdowns, attachment injuries, boundary setting, co-parenting, and rebuilding trust.

MY APPROACH

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and deeply respectful of your inner world. I draw from several evidence-based modalities — including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR, and integrate them in a way that’s flexible and collaborative.
