INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING IN VANCOUVER, BC
clarity lives
under the
noise.
Individual counselling is a space to slow down, hear yourself more clearly, and make sense of the patterns shaping your life: emotionally, relationally, and somatically. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, identity shifts, or simply feeling a little lost, therapy offers a place to land and reconnect with yourself.
-
We explore what’s happening beneath the surface: the beliefs you’ve inherited, the protective strategies your nervous system learned to survive, the emotions that feel too big or too vague, and the parts of you that are longing for something different. Nothing here is rushed. Nothing is “too much.” You get to show up exactly as you are.
-
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and deeply embodied. That means we’re not just talking about your experience but tuning into how it actually feels in your body. Together, we work to reduce overwhelm, heal old emotional injuries, expand your capacity for regulation, and reconnect you to your clarity, choice, and sense of self.
-
Sessions may feel grounding, challenging in a good way, or surprisingly relieving. We follow your pace and your nervous system, weaving together curiosity, emotional processing, skill-building, and moments of humour or humanity when you need it.
